project of their choosing and receive feedback along the way.
The project is designed to serve as an eventual portfolio piece, and will be worked through incrementally throughout the course.

  • The learning objectives of this User Experience Course are:
    • Have a deep understanding of typography, color theory, photos, layout, blocking and other design theory and skills.
    • Create logos and branding packages for potential clients
    • Understand solid logo design and ad design principles to create compelling campaigns and logos
    • Understand and learn the essential tools and capabilities of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
    • Learn photo editing and manipulation in Adobe Photoshop
    • Work through an event flyer design to understand strong type hierarchy, balance and overall design layout

  • What projects will i work on during the course?
  • For your final project, you’ll work on a real-world design problem, applying all the concepts and tools learned in the course to a product of your choice. You’ll get hands-on practice with each step in the UX process and create professional standard documentation spanning personas, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and more. You’ll also deliver a final presentation, which can serve as a case study for stakeholders, future employers, and your portfolio.

    We encourage you to tackle a design challenge that’s related to your work or a passion project you’ve been meaning to carve out time for.

    Throughout the course, you’ll also complete a number of smaller projects designed to reinforce what you’ve learned in each unit.

  • Are there any prerequisites for this course?
  • This is a beginner-friendly programme with no prerequisites, although many students are familiar with graphic and digital design concepts. Whether you’re new to the field or you’re looking to formalise your practice, our curriculum helps you gain fluency in end-to-end UX processes, tools, and documentation and put them to work for you, your company, and your career.

Training Dates & Schedule

Choose one of two convenient ways to skill up on User Experience. Our 6-Weeks (3 hours/twice a week) Classroom bootcamps which is only available in some cities. If your city is not available or if your work won’t permit a classroom session, you can attend the fully online school. We give several learning aids, assignments and tasks which our team will work you through.
